Sort, organize and schedule items for donation or disposal.
Supervise cleaners, repair people, dumpsters or other service providers to prepare your home for the closing.
Moving In

Oversee furnishings are placed according to floor plan.
The Basic Settle includes unpacking all box contents and storing in appropriate locations.
